Garra is a group of professionals, funded by a highly complex pediatric hospital in Buenos Aires, who works to achieve social and labour integration of young adults that were born HIV+.
Garra was conceived from the experience accumulated through both several years of work as the Transition Team in the Infectology Department of Garrahan Hospital and the professional training of all members of said team (Industrial Design, Workplace Relationships, Psychology, etc.). Garra works with workshops to find an alternative self-sustaining work for young people with HIV that allows them to earn income.
Garra (claw literally means claw, but it has a connotation of strength, perseverance, etc...)
